- There was SOMETHING on their laps...and it wasn't a computer. I'm guessing there was a flight attendant in there with them. They should both practice saying "Welcome to Wal-Mart"....a job they are qualified for.

- Two words: CELL PHONE! The son is an idiot. He admits that his mother is always out doing something and implies that those "somethings" make him anxious. So, Spam-for-Brains, buy your mother a cell phone and insist she take it with her and has it turned on.

- Yes, 9 hours is intolerable and yes, the airline is at fault. But only partly.
